The machine is skid-mounted i.e., it will be attached to a 4*6 feet small platform with wheels attached for user's ease. The machine is available for 2-10 KLD usage. The user just has to input the outlet provided into the effluent or waste water. The purified water is reusable for gardening, floor washing, car washing, and toilet flushing. We kept the storage problems in mind and then launched this product which is mobile and can be connected to other systems just by changing the inlet. The machine is ALL IN ONE with all the features of a regular plant but is more advanced, convenient and easy to use.

As wastewater enters a plant for treatment it flows through a bar screen. This removes large floating objects such as rags and sticks which could clog pipes or damage equipment. Once the wastewater has been screened it passes into a grit chamber, where cinders, sand and small stones settle to the bottom. Once the screening process is complete and grit has been removed, the wastewater still contains organic and inorganic matter along with other suspended solids. This collection of solids can be removed in a sedimentation tank. Biosolids are usually removed from tanks by pumping If you have the right pH, temperature and flow conditions, activated sludge works well as a treatment process. This process is flexible with varying flow rates and can generally handle shock loads. Activated sludge has been used worldwide for decades and carries a much lower risk of failure than newer technologies. In addition, activated sludge treatment of municipal wastewater is more advanced than any other biological treatment process in the world.
Some of the most common secondary treatment processes are biological processes such as trickling filters, activated sludge and rotating biological contactors. Secondary treatment also removes more of the suspended solids, usually by biological processes in which microbes consume the organic impurities as food and then convert them into carbon dioxide, water and energy. Secondary treatment of sewage works by using aerobic bacteria that feed on dissolved and suspended organic matter in the liquid. The sewage enters the aeration tank where the bacteria begin to multiply and feed on the garbage and waste within. After the sewage leaves the settling tank in the primary stage, it is pumped into an aeration tank. During this time, the bacteria break down the organic matter into harmless byproducts. The sludge is now activated with additional billions of bacteria and other tiny organisms and can be used again by returning it to the aeration tank for mixing with air and new sewage.

- Conventional clarification equipment requires 10 times more physical area to even begin to approach the same settling capacity of a Varuna Lamella Gravity Settler. This means faster settling in one-tenth space because the effective gravity settling area of the inclined plate design equals each plate are projected on a horizontal surface. Up to ten square feet of settling area becomes available for each square foot of physical area occupied by the unit. Loading rates normally used for the design of conventional settlers can be applied to the sizing of a Lamella Settler by substitution projected area for the surface settling area of a conventional clarifier.
- The compact design minimizes hydraulic disturbances caused by wind or temperature changes. Balanced flow distribution ensures equal flow to each plate and across the plate surface area preventing short-circuiting.

How it Works:
- Influent enters the lamella system and flows downward through the inlet chamber in the center of the unit and enters the plates through side entry plate slots. The countercurrent design, unlike typical bottom feed designs, reduces the risk of disturbing previously settled solids. As the liquid flows upward, the solids settle on the inclined, parallel plates and sludge into the sludge hopper at the bottom. Further thickening of the sludge is achieved in the hopper due to compression in the quiescent zone achieved by the side feed design.
- The clarified liquid leaves the plate assembly through orifices or weirs at the top and is distributed into the collection channels leading to the clarified water outlet. This creates a pressure drop across the collection channels which ensure uniform flow distribution across the plates in order to utilize the full area for settling.

This process is flexible with varying flow rates and can generally handle shock loads. Activated sludge has been used worldwide for decades and carries a much lower risk of failure than newer technologies. In addition, activated sludge treatment of municipal wastewater is more advanced than any other biological treatment process in the world.
Some of the most common secondary treatment processes are biological processes such as trickling filters, activated sludge and rotating biological contactors. Secondary treatment also removes more of the suspended solids, usually by biological processes in which microbes consume the organic impurities as food and then convert them into carbon dioxide, water and energy. Secondary treatment of sewage works by using aerobic bacteria that feed on dissolved and suspended organic matter in the liquid. The sewage enters the aeration tank where the bacteria begin to multiply and feed on the garbage and waste within. After the sewage leaves the settling tank in the primary stage, it is pumped into an aeration tank. During this time, the bacteria break down the organic matter into harmless byproducts. The sludge is now activated with additional billions of bacteria and other tiny organisms and can be used again by returning it to the aeration tank for mixing with air and new sewage.
